Injection molding machines are divided into vertical, horizontal and all-electric. The injection molding machine heats the plastic and applies a high pressure to the molten plastic to eject it to fill the mold cavity. Injection molding machines are used to manufacture plastic products, which are widely used in national defense, electromechanical, automotive, transportation, building materials, packaging, agriculture, culture, education and health.
The working process of the injection molding machine has the functions of lifting, heating, clamping, injection, pressure keeping and mold opening.
Simply put, the plastic raw materials, and of course the recyclable plastics, are placed in the hopper of the injection molding machine. The raw materials are melted into liquid after high temperature, and the high pressure is injected into the mold and cooled to form. Different products are injection molded according to different molds, and each plastic product has a mold.
