Factor 2: Melt conveying speed
If the melt transfer speed of the vertical injection molding machine is enhanced, the self-weight drooping of the parison can be improved, and the wall thickness of the parison can be increased. However, if the speed is too fast, melt fracture will easily occur. Therefore, in operation, it is necessary to maintain the melt delivery speed of the machine within a stable value according to the operating instructions.
