4, high temperature performance

Higher operating temperatures of the mold can reduce hardness and strength and cause premature wear or plastic deformation of the mold. He has more hardness and strength.


5, resistance to thermal fatigue resistance

Some molds are in a state of repeated heating and cooling during operation, pulling on the mold surface, modifying the pressure, increasing friction, preventing plastic deformation and reducing dimensional accuracy. Thermal fatigue properties are one of the senses of thermal efficiency, and they have relatively high thermal fatigue properties.


6, engraving resistance

In some molds such as plastic molds, elements such as chloride and fluorine are present during operation and, after thermal decomposition, precipitate strong corrosive gases such as HCl and HF and render their surface rough. And rough the surface.
