The secondary maintenance of the mold refers to the regular system maintenance of the mold according to the technical state and complexity of the mold. This maintenance work is done by the mold repairer and is recorded according to the maintenance situation. The following describes the requirements and methods of the second guarantee for different parts:

A, drawing mold, mold:

The main problems of the convex and concave molds of the drawing die are the embossing of the napped and profiled surface, and the polishing of the rounded portion of the mold is mainly performed during maintenance. If there is a crater, the mold should be repaired and repaired;

B, guiding parts (guide pillars, guide sleeves and guides, etc.):

The mold will have scratches and other phenomena during work. The main causes are lubricant dirt and guiding gap. When the guide parts are pulled, the method of removing and polishing with the oil stone is adopted;

C, trimming knife edge:

During the use of the mold, the edge of the blade is prone to chipping and edge collapse. At this time, the damaged part of the mold is repaired and repaired;

D, spring and other elastic parts:

In use, the spring is one of the most vulnerable parts of the mold, and usually breaks and deforms. The method adopted is to replace, but the specification and model of the spring must be paid attention to during the replacement process. The specification of the spring is determined by the color, outer diameter and length. Only when all three items are the same can be replaced;

E, punch, punch set:

Most of the punches and punches used on the molds are made of standard parts. During the use of the mold, the punches are prone to breakage, bending and smashing. The punching sleeves are generally smashed. Damage to the punch and sleeve is generally replaced with parts of the same specification. The parameters of the punch mainly include the working part size, the mounting part size, the length size, and the like;

F, fastening parts:

Check if the fastening parts are loose or damaged. The solution is to find parts of the same specification for replacement;

G, press and unloading parts:

Pressing parts such as pressure plate, superior glue, etc., unloading parts such as unloading plates, pneumatic topping devices, etc. During maintenance, check the assembly relationship of each part for damage and repair the damaged part. Check the pneumatic top material for air leakage and take measures for specific situations. If the air pipe is damaged, replace it.
