The so-called preventive maintenance is a series of preventive work and inspections to avoid machine failures and extend the working life of various parts. For example, turning a sudden failure that causes a shutdown into a predictable and planned shutdown repair or overhaul; can be timely It is the purpose of preventive maintenance to find and replace damaged parts to prevent chain damage. Hydraulic part

1. Hydraulic oil volume

    Insufficient amount of oil in high-speed precision injection molding machines will cause the oil temperature to rise easily, and the air will easily dissolve in the oil, which will affect the normal operation of the oil quality and hydraulic system. Insufficient oil is usually caused by oil leakage or loss during repair. If there are no leaks, replace worn seals as early as possible, tighten loose joints, etc. After maintenance, check the amount of oil in the tank and replenish it in time.

2. Hydraulic oil temperature

    The ideal working temperature of the hydraulic system of high-speed precision injection molding machine should be between 450C-500C, because the hydraulic system is designed according to the viscosity of a selected pressure oil, but the viscosity will change with the oil temperature, which will affect the system Medium working components, such as oil cylinders and hydraulic valves, reduce the control accuracy and response sensitivity, especially for precision injection machines. At the same time, if the temperature is too high, it will accelerate the aging of the seals, causing them to harden and crack; when the temperature is too low, the processing energy consumption is large, and the running speed is reduced. Therefore, it is necessary to pay close attention to the working temperature of hydraulic oil. There are various reasons for the high oil temperature, but most of them are due to the failure of the oil circuit or the failure of the cooling system.

3. Hydraulic oil quality

    One of the important properties of high-speed precision injection molding machine hydraulic oil is its chemical stability, namely oxidation stability. Oxidation is the most important factor in determining the effective service life of hydraulic oil. Wood tar, oil sludge and carbon residue generated by oxidation will contaminate the hydraulic system and increase the wear of hydraulic components, reduce various gaps, block small holes, and eventually cause The hydraulic system is malfunctioning. The oxidation speed of hydraulic oil depends on many factors such as itself and working conditions, among which temperature is one of the main factors, so use appropriate hydraulic oil and regularly check the oxidation degree of hydraulic oil (judging from the deep color of the oil itself) ), it is absolutely necessary to actively change the oil after a certain number of working hours.

4. Oil filter cleaning

    The oil filter of the high-speed precision injection molding machine plays the role of cleaning hydraulic oil. Therefore, the oil filter should be cleaned every three months to keep the oil suction pipe open, and at the same time check the oil filter for damage. Usually the size of the filter should not be greater than 200 mesh.

5. Cooler cleaning

    The cooler of the high-speed precision injection molding machine should be cleaned every two years, or it should be cleaned according to whether its working ability is reduced. The blockage or fouling inside the cooler will affect the cooling efficiency. The cooling water should be soft (no minerals) as good.
