Servo-driven injection molding machine is a large consumer of electricity, all-electric injection molding machine is especially popular today. As part of the cost of injection molded products, the cost of electricity has always been high. Therefore, people began to pay attention to the production and development of energy-saving servo-injection machines. In the overall structure, the steam of the oil pump engines is the part that consumes the most power. In addition, there is a large loss of the engine of a conventional machine, therefore, the energy saving of the servo molding machine is traceable and has great potential. Chinese enterprises have replaced the power supply of servo injection machines with variable frequency motors. Thus, energy saving efficiency can reach 50%. Let's do a simple calculation. Take the large manufacturer of injection molding machines as an example. The annual output is 15,000 units. The power consumption of a conventional servo injection molding machine is 15 kW and it works 12 hours a day. Then it can save the country 500 million kWh of electricity per year. It also saves a lot of cooling water. With the depletion of water resources, its social benefits are obvious.


At present, the national situation in China is to maintain low economic growth due to high energy consumption. Therefore, most enterprises do not put energy saving on the decisive factor when buying equipment. Therefore, experts urge the state to implement a preferential policy to reduce taxes or accelerate depreciation of energy-saving equipment. Only the government really recognizes the importance of energy conservation and encourages all enterprises to actively participate in activities that benefit the country and the population in the field of energy conservation and environmental protection. Only then can the energy-saving problem be realized.
