Does the hybrid injection molding machine need cooling water?

Aug 07, 2020

In fact, no matter what kind of injection molding machine needs cooling water, any machine will generate heat during the movement or heating process. If the heat is not dissipated in time, it will cause unstable operation of the machine or reduce the assembly gap between parts and cause bites.

Therefore, all injection molding machines need to receive cooling water. The machine will generate a lot of heat during high-speed operation. At this time, it must be cooled. The injection molding machine needs 40 to 50 degrees of electricity per hour, and the electric energy will be converted. It can be converted into mechanical energy and thermal energy. If the thermal energy needs to be discharged, cooling water is needed.

In addition, if the cooling water is not connected, the crankshaft arm will expand after being heated, which will affect the use of the machine, and it will jam in serious cases.

And besides the machine needs cooling water, the mold also needs cooling water.
