Installation and use

1. Installation

After drilling the base of the dryer, it is erected on the inlet of the injection molding machine and fixed by fastening screws.

2. Connect the power supply to open the power distribution box. Connect the power supply according to the wiring diagram. Pay attention to whether the power supply voltage is consistent with the locality, whether the power switch's specifications and load protection rating are appropriate, and start the fan to see if the direction of rotation is the same as the direction of the wind turbine. In the end, connect the wire to the bolt with the “L” ground mark on the back of the box and ground it properly.

3. Temperature regulation

Refer to the drying temperature reference table of the plastic raw materials, and set the temperature of the thermostat according to actual experience.

4. Air volume adjustment

 Generally, it is all open. If there is not much material in the barrel, or when a higher temperature feast is required, the small wind may be adjusted as appropriate, otherwise the expected drying effect may not be achieved.

5. Raw material filler

The filler should ensure that the internal material is not less than 70%, but it should not be too full, so as to prevent the lid from being pressed to the material and affect the drying effect.

6. Drying of transparent raw materials Drying of transparent raw materials must be carried out at the air inlet device air filter (original sponge, etc.) to prevent dust from entering the air.

7. Preheating bucket

Before the raw materials are put into the material, the drum is heated to dry the internal moisture, and the preheating time is 10-20 minutes.
